- A safe, open area suitable for VR play (approximately 6x6 feet per player recommended)
- A flat, clear surface free of obstacles, hazards, or obstructions
- Adequate indoor space or a shaded outdoor area
- Access to a standard power outlet may be required depending on the setup.

We recommend a large enough area for each player to have a clear 6 ft space around them or if you choose the add on 10x15 tent then a flat surface large enough to accomodate the tent.

Yes! Each player is spaced out in designated stationary play zones created by the VR, and our host supervises everything to ensure a safe experience.

Is there an age limit?
Our VR experiences are recommended for ages 7 and up to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Younger children may have difficulty using the equipment or following gameplay instructions, which can affect their overall experience.
If younger siblings are present, they’re welcome to watch and may be able to participate briefly with assistance, depending on the situation.

How long does setup take?
We typically arrive 30–45 minutes before your scheduled party time to set everything up and ensure a smooth start.
Our team handles the entire setup and teardown process, so you can relax and enjoy the event. At the end of the party, breakdown is quick and usually takes about 20–30 minutes.

What locations do you serve?
We are based in Palm Coast and primarily serve that area, but we are available to travel to surrounding locations. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
